To send files to INDOX to upload to the Mercy Plan Room, use one of the following methods.
When sending files via FTP, please send instructions to stlorders@indoxservices.com after files have been transferred.
Web Browser
To use Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer, go to one of the following addresses depending on the version of your web browser. Please note that the method required depends on your web browser version and security settings inside your company.
IE 7.x or higher
Browse to: ftp://mercy:LetMercy2FTP@ftp.indoxservices.com/mercy
Click on Page, then click on Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer
IE 7.x or lower
Browse to: ftp://mercy:LetMercy2FTP@ftp.indoxservices.com
Windows Explorer
Open a windows explorer window (i.e. click on My Computer) and paste ftp://mercy:LetMercy2FTP@ftp.indoxservices.com/mercy
FTP Application
To use a standard FTP Application, use the following settings:
Server: ftp.indoxservices.com
Username: mercy
Password: LetMercy2FTP
Directory (if required): mercy
ReproDesk
You may use Reprodesk to transfer files to INDOX Services for posting in the Mercy Plan Room. For more information please contact the INDOX Helpdesk at help@indoxservices.com
Web Based Transfer
If you are unable to use FTP due to security restrictions, you may also transfer files to INDOX Services using INDOX File Transfer Application found at www.indoxservices.com/filetransfer
